The Diamond InstaFacial® has long been Dr. Diamond’s signature facial treatment. This comprehensive, collagen-boosting skin treatment combines laser rejuvenation with PRP injections, microneedling, and ionized collagen masks to enhance skin health and improve your skin’s tone, texture, and strength, regardless of your age.
The Diamond InstaAMNI® takes the Diamond InstaFacial® one step further by combining amniotic stem cells with your PRP.
How Does the Diamond InstaAMNI® Differ From the Diamond InstaFacial®?
The Diamond InstaFacial® is a combination skin treatment. One of the components of the Diamond InstaFacial® is PRP therapy. In an InstaFacial®, PRP is injected beneath your skin’s surface and applied topically before being driven into the skin with the microneedling process. This allows the PRP to reach all skin depths.
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is a derivative of the blood that is taken from a small sample. Once the PRP is separated from the red blood cells, you are left with a concentrated, growth-factor-packed serum that does wonders in stimulating your natural collagen production, which leads to healthier, younger-looking and acting skin.
The InstaAMNI® does not eliminate this PRP; however, it does combine fetal stem cells—from a donated tissue bank—with your PRP to create an even more potent skin rejuvenation serum.

What Is Included in My Diamond InstaAMNI®?
Much like the Diamond InstaFacial®, the Diamond InstaAMNI® is a multi-component skin revitalization and collagen-boosting treatment.
The Diamond InstaAMNI® is broken into four stages that work together to optimize skin health.
Step # 1
Laser Rejuvenation
A light laser treatment begins your Diamond InstaAMNI® to address common concerns, such as pigment or texture irregularities, fine lines, wrinkles, or large pores. This laser rejuvenation treatment may consist of one or more of the following:
- Clear + Brilliant® gently resurfaces and exfoliates the skin to smooth lines and shrink pores.
- Fractora™ improves uneven skin texture, fine lines, wrinkles, large pores, and acne scars across the face.
- Lumecca™ targets moderate to severe vascular and pigmentation issues like sun damage, rosacea, age spots, spider veins, and port-wine stains.
- Forma™ tightens facial skin by stimulating collagen production.
Step # 2
PRP + Amniotic Stem Cell Injections
A blood sample is taken at the beginning of your Diamond InstaAMNI® treatment and run through a centrifuge to separate the PRP. This PRP is then combined with amniotic stem cells from a donated tissue bank.
This infusion is injected into various areas of the face to create and restore a balanced complexion.
Step # 3
Microneedling With PRP + Amniotic Stem Cells
Not only is the PRP and amniotic stem cell infusion injected beneath the surface, but it is also applied topically and rolled into the skin with a microneedling device. This allows the PRP and amniotic stem cells to target the top layers of the skin to thicken it and enhance its tone, texture, and clarity.
Microneedling is performed to stimulate a natural healing response. The combination of PRP and amniotic stem cells allow this to be much more restorative.
Step # 4
Ionized Collagen Masks
After undergoing the three minimally invasive treatments above, an ionized collagen mask is draped over your face for a relaxing—yet essential—completion of your Diamond InstaAMNI®.
